Job Title : ServiceNow Developer – Senior

Employment Type : Contract

Our client’s project is a well-established brand in the Information Technology industry. We are seeking a passionate and driven ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Service Portfolio Management. You will work with minimal supervision, collaborate in team settings, and deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Service Portfolio Management.
• Configure and manage out-of-the-box ServiceNow applications.
• Develop custom ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and UI components.
• Maintain ServiceNow objects including tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, and workflows.
• Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and ACLs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development, configuration, and architecture.
• Continuously stay updated on new ServiceNow features, releases, and technologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
