Job description

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or above in Mold Profession, Electromechanical Integration, Mechatronics or related field.
More than 3 years of experience in CNC programming, electrode design, and management of programming team.
CNC programming skills.
Computer aided programming.
UG CAM or power mill practical skills.
Basic knowledge of molding.
Skilled in electrode design and programming using software such as UG or Power mill, familiar with programming of 5-axis machines is advantages.

Responsibilities

Responsible for CAM programming assignment and technical support.

Responsible for completing electrode design, electrode programming, and part programming according to relevant standards and requirements.

Responsible for storing and managing programming files according to relevant standards.

Responsible for performing self-inspection of work tasks according to relevant standards to ensure work quality.

Responsible for optimizing the programming solutions and processing parameters in a timely manner based on the on-site machining conditions to improve processing efficiency.

Responsible for reporting work according to SAP process requirements.

Responsible for creating the electrode BOM table.

Responsible for generating EDM processing drawings.

Responsible for attending mold processing review meetings.

Responsible for communicating with process engineers to determine a reasonable programming and machining plan.

Responsible for diligently learning and implementing "5S" and being the direct responsible person for on-site management.

Responsible for adopting reasonable suggestions and reporting to superiors in a timely manner.
