Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate end-to-end project execution, from planning to completion.
 - Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and procurement plans.
 - Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
 - Supervise site works and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and design standards.
 - Prepare and present weekly progress reports to management and clients.
 - Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project cycle.
 - Prepare project documentation, reports, and records for management review.
 - Support tender preparation, costing, and procurement-related tasks when required.
 
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Junior position).Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools.Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary.What We Offer
