Senior Change Planning Coordinator – IT

The Senior Change Planning Coordinator (CPC) is a key role within our Production Operations division. You will manage IT changes deployed in the Swift live environments (both production and enterprise), drive the oversight and governance of the change process, and coordinate with internal Swift teams and external stakeholders.

What you will do

• Host and participate in meetings with teams and management to facilitate planning.
• Plan, coordinate, support, and communicate change control in the production and enterprise environment.
• Maintain overall planning documentation for maintenance windows to satisfy audit controls.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to anticipate and raise awareness on deployment demand, providing forecasts.
• Identify, understand, and manage issues and risks to mitigate them effectively.
• Manage approval processes for higher‑risk changes and ensure administrative accuracy.
• Prepare provisioning requests and progress them to implementation.
• Prepare and plan service‑continuity changes to support operational teams.
• Host deployment process compliance meetings and follow up on open action items.
• Manage planning activities for long‑range plans, removing hindrances to timely implementation.

University degree in IT or Engineering.
