Job descriptionJOB PURPOSE : The Value Creation Supply Analyst plays a crucial role in driving the actions as a finance business partner for commercial functions, including supply chain, sales, marketing, and other related areas. This position is pivotal in driving financial performance and contributing to the company’s growth and profitability. If you are passionate about market analysis, detail-oriented, and eager to make a significant impact, this role is perfect for you! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Ensure accuracy of monthly financial forecast by leading and ensuring a robust Country S&OP. Work with Unilever Finance Team to ensure cash up process is done in a timely and quality manner. SKILLS : Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is essential. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work fluidly with data across systems and reporting tools. Analyse complex data and provide actionable insights. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage clearly and effectively with all stakeholders. EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS : Education : Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field. Experience : Several years of experience with a focus on supply chain / operation finance or related field. Strong understanding of financial analysis & reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Stakeholder management : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
