What is your mission?
Administer leaves, attendance, scheduling, and other workforce related duties.
Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow.
Trend and track performance, as well as compiling monthly and yearly agent KPI reports.
Highlight any performance deviations to the immediate superior for necessary action to be taken.
Ensure that all data are collected, and are useable, relevant, accurate, representative and objective.
Complete all daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports and dispatch to target audience on time.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
Possesses strong time management skills and the motivation to exceed expectations.
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with computers and multiple systems, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new ones.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
