Test Lead

In this role, you will work with our clients to deliver quality assurance across innovative digital solutions that transform their business and customer experiences. The team supports clients in modernizing systems, processes, and platforms to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability in a rapidly evolving and competitive landscape.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and oversight for the QA / test team : delegate tasks, set priorities, monitor progress, conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings and support individual professional growth.
• Establish the test strategy and corresponding test plan : define scope, objectives, testing levels, techniques, needed resources and environments.
• Create, maintain and enhance test standards, processes, templates and best practices; champion continuous improvement efforts within the QA discipline.
• Estimate the effort required for testing activities, identify resource needs (personnel, tools, environments), and oversee budgets for automation, tools and training.
• Manage test environments and test data : ensure required infrastructure, data sets, mock services and test harnesses are available and properly configured.
• Track test metrics and KPIs, prepare and share test status reports, provide actionable insights and escalate risks or issues when required.
