Job descriptionMandarin speaker preferred Excellent verbal and written Mandarin and English communication skills; candidates will complete a language test to assess fluency Ability to communicate in written professional English Experience in live chat and email reply is fundamental The ability to navigate in several computer platforms simultaneously Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (gaming industry a plus) Must own a laptop and have reliable internet Available for rotational shifts, including nights and weekends Attendance bonus 100% Work from home Medical benefits Paid training Advancement opportunities – 80% of our frontline leaders have been promoted from within
