Job Scope :
- Plan, execute and oversee the inspection of property and process to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
- To prepare reports on all occurrences in the hostel and hand it to the immediate superior
- Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as environmental and health, and safety goals / KPIs
- Analyze and investigate reported quality / compliance issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and operations
- Perform all duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
Expectations :
Job Types : Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay : RM1, RM2,400.00 per month
