Job description

Role Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing logistics and fulfillment processes, including the delivery of Partner Starter Kits, SIM card management, and coordinating internal cross-selling efforts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Logistics – Warehouse Efficiency & Inventory Tracking (Backup Team)

a. Monitor requests from other departments or states.

b. Check the availability of requested items and respond to the request.

c. Re-order stock when it reaches the minimum stock level (liaise with Procurement).

d. Ensure stocks are replenished to maintain sufficient supply.

e. Ensure stock accuracy at regional warehouses (State Sales Offices) and that stock is issued according to guidelines.

  • Digital Onboarding (DOB)
  • a. Log in to the MReg (activation portal) admin daily to check the new sign-up list.

    b. Assign customers according to their state of origin, for state SS to prepare the DOB SIM and courier it to the customer within the SLA.

    c. Update the Tracking Number and SIM card Number in MReg.

    d. Attend to RSS tickets assigned to TM Support for Digital Onboarding issues.

  • Internal Device Bundle Cross-Sales Fulfillment
  • a. Attend to RSS cases regarding Inbound Device Bundle Cross-Sales.

    b. Communicate with redON regarding device stock requests.

    c. Arrange delivery to customers from HQ.

    d. Update tracking details in redCONTACT.

  • redPOS Inventory System
  • Manage all redPOS system transactions requests from states.

    a. Goods Receive (GR).

    b. Stock Transfers

    c. Stock Return

    d. Goods Issue (GI)

  • State Office Store Audit (on-site)
  • Audit – Selected Branch & Sales Support Office

    a. Monthly random state audit visits

    b. Perform stock audit.

    c. Ensure stocks balance are accurate in redPOS system vs physical.

    d. Reporting / Summary & Propose stock inventory enhancement.

    Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or fulfillment operations.
  • Familiar with warehouse operations, stock control, and system-based inventory tracking.
  • Basic knowledge of digital platforms (e.g., portals, ticketing systems) and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with HQ and state offices.
  • Able to travel for on-site audits when required.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
