Compiling and update sales tracking and report daily. -Provide certain training and guides to help the sales team. -Provide assistance sales team on customer inquiries, daily product update and following up the submission status. -Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. -Monitor and evaluate the sales call, coaching the agents on the error or wrong information provided to customer. Malaysian. -Candidate with or without relevant working experience encouraged to apply. -Language : Mandarin speaking is compulsory due to project nature. -Good communication skills. -Able to start immediately will be an added advantage. -Training will be provided. -Basic RM1300 -Mon – Fri, 9am-6pm -Nearby Glenmarie LRT station.
