Salary Range : RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 per month

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented senior 2accounts executive to oversee financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support business decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage complex accounting tasks, and the capacity to work within established guidelines while driving process improvements.

Job Descriptions

• Processing of invoices, debit notes & credit notes from suppliers.
• Processing of payment to suppliers.
• Matching supplier Delivery orders / invoices (stock item only) and updating Inventory Control (IC).
• Updating of Cash & Bank Records.
• Issue a purchase order for non-inventory items.
• Upholding the company’s standards in environmental protection, workplace safety, and sustainability governance is a core responsibility.
