Responsibilities
- Build dynamic work programmes in Microsoft Excel for high rise construction project
- Work with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information on project sequence and contingencies
- Develop Excel models for material, subcontractor award, and workforce schedules
- Analyse worker speed data to validate estimated site work time
- Monitor project progress and identify risks to ensure timely delivery
