Overview

Let me tell you about the role. As a Senior Enterprise Technology Engineer, you will be responsible for digital delivery for product, platform and services for demand forecast management and coordinated business planning solution for Aviation Fuel business. You will provide deep expertise in security, infrastructure, and operational excellence, driving large-scale transformation and automation initiatives. Your role will encompass platform architecture, system integration, cybersecurity, and operational continuity. You will be collaborating with technology senior leaders and architects to establish robust technology roadmaps and innovative security frameworks to safeguard mission-critical enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and ETL.
  • Define scalable and secure solution designs aligned with business requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
  • Review code, troubleshoot issues, and support developers in making design decisions.
  • Establish and enforce development standards, reusable components, and governance models.
  • Oversee the delivery of Power Platform projects ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems such as SQL, AWS services, and third-party APIs.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integrations.
  • Act as a technical liaison between business users, project managers, and development teams.
  • Present solution designs and progress updates to senior leadership and collaborators.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and industry trends.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in solution delivery and team capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of connectors and custom APIs.
  • Experience with AWS services, SQL and other integrations with Power Platform.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering sophisticated projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and enterprise IT governance frameworks.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Experience with DevOps, CI / CD pipelines for Power Platform
  • Knowledge of governance and security best practices in Power Platform
