Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to placement across multiple industries.
- Manage, guide, and mentor junior recruiters to achieve team targets and ensure continuous skill growth.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and background verifications when required.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and reporting.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and client requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).Proven experience managing or mentoring junior recruiters is a strong advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent sourcing and interviewing techniques.Able to handle multiple client accounts and tight deadlines.Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.#J-18808-Ljbffr
