Production Executive

About the role

Guan Chong Cocoa Manufacturer Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and experienced Production Executive to join our team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. As a full‑time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Liaise with Production Planning, Quality Control, Logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
• Optimize plant operations by monitoring and adjusting process parameters to meet product specifications.
• Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when required.
• Lead plant troubleshooting efforts to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to production staff to uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Analyse production data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management for performance improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new production techniques, technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
