Job descriptionExperience in a supervisory role within this environment i.e., retail shop / warehouse. Problem-solving skills, leadership skills, and good communication skills. Ability to operate warehouse equipment will be preferred i.e., forklifts, pallet jacks. Must be able to read in basic English, BM and Mandarin.

Job Description
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- Receive, store, and ship goods efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss.
- Supervise and direct warehouse staff, assign tasks and workloads.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Monitor and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
