Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build responsive and user-friendly UI components for customer engagement platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, QA, and product managers.
  • Integrate front-end components with Genesys APIs and backend services.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications and provide timely fixes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage platforms.
  • Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
