Responsibilities

Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and test and examination questions in compliance with the Malaysian Nursing Board standards. Monitor class attendance and report any absenteeism; maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment. Provide pastoral care to support the overall development of the students; engage in activities and provide quality teaching and clinical practice placement experience. Participate in professional, academic and other relevant activities at national and international levels to obtain professional qualifications to enhance teaching and learning experience. Requirements

Possess a Bachelor / Master's in Nursing Registered Nurse Possess a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for nurses or Temporary Practicing Certificate (TPC) for foreigners Possess a post-basic qualification Has a minimum of five (5) years of clinical working experience as a registered nurse Having lecturing experience is an added advantage Prior experience as Programme Leader is an added advantage Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
