Job descriptionSPM / Diploma / Degree holder with 1 year working experience in a call center. Able to work 24 / 7 shift rotation basis. Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu. Basic technical troubleshooting experience will be added advantages. Basic knowledge of digital tools and platform (E.g.
