Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- at least 1 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa to ensure smooth communication with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms).Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the Department.Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment with company hiring goals.Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.Ad-hoc task as assignedBenefits
