We are looking for a Logistics Cost Specialist to manage the following responsibilities :

• Manage IMS Finance portfolio, including analysis and VDE Management
• Drive compliance in the IMS team
• Accountable for maintaining the inbound import rate

A day in the life of...

Organise and perform PEC activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of accounting / financial data input, as well as relevance and authenticity of supporting documentation

Provide quality financial information and analysis to the business to assist in decision making, highlighting potential risks and opportunities

Prepare yearly OP budget for Export and Export 3rd party with close coordination with IMS team for Logistics Controller review and approval

Work closely with operations to ensure all savings projects are validated, recorded, and reflected accordingly

Gatekeeper of compliance and control in IMS operations

Provide YCAA, ZED0 (SST), and ZOA1 (import duty) by semi-annually to DSP team
