Overall Role Purpose
Oversee the operations of an individual project within the program. Plan, execute and close projects efficiently, ensuring they align with organizational goals, stay within timeline, scope, budget, and resources, and meet quality standards. Coordinate team efforts, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
Specific Role Context
- Create business case and set up pilot project to validate business benefits and assumptions.
- Design an efficient project framework and strategic roadmap for global / regional implementation.
- Track and monitor project progress, dependencies, budget, and resources; provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Make data‑driven, fact‑based recommendations to mitigate project risks or challenges.
- Create innovative ideas and solutions to improve project efficiency and benefit realization.
- Facilitate workshops such as As‑Is process review, Design‑To‑Be process, data gathering, and problem solving; establish acceptance criteria, success criteria, and KPIs.
- Leverage project management tools and adopt best practices as per industry standards.
- Manage global and regional stakeholders, align expectations, and support decision‑making.
- Support change acceptance by defining processes and strategy to ensure outcomes are embraced.
- Lead and collaborate with hybrid teams to manage end‑to‑end project implementation.
Specific Role Challenges
Contribute to management and service line support for successful execution of services.Promote quality and transparency as key operational levers.Integrate BPO as the quality and continuous improvement partner for all service lines at Finance Operations.Qualifications – Key Capabilities / Competencies
Solid project management experience.Process design and engineering.Knowledge of quality management tools and approaches.Strong communication and presentation skills.Stakeholder management.Analytical and statistical methods.Microsoft Office proficiency.Managing virtual teams.Expected Years of Experience
Minimum 5 years in shared services for finance & accounting at junior project management level or within a BPO organization.Experience with LEAN House, transitions, and system deployments is an advantage.Educational Qualifications
University degree or equivalent.Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2 or PMP).Fluent in English (written and spoken).Seniority Level
