Overview
We are looking for a versatile Marketing & Communications professional to oversee events, partnerships, PR, and brand storytelling. The role covers end-to-end event management, strategic collaborations, media and influencer engagement, and consistent brand representation to drive visibility, engagement, and customer experience.
Marketing Events & Activations
- Plan, manage, and execute brand and product events, including launches, exhibitions, workshops, and experiential marketing activations.
- Lead the end-to-end event process — from conceptualization, budgeting, vendor management, and logistics coordination to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
- Ensure all events align with brand image and global communication standards.
- Develop creative event concepts that enhance brand engagement and customer experience.
- Prepare post-event reports with key takeaways, performance metrics, and recommendations for future improvement.
Collaborations & Partnerships
Identify, initiate, and manage strategic brand collaborations and partnership opportunities that align with business values and goals.Explore co-branding or cross-promotional opportunities with lifestyle, tech, automotive, fashion, and art-related brands.Work closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to evaluate potential partners, negotiate collaboration terms, and ensure effective execution.Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to create long-term value and brand synergies.PR, Media & KOL Engagement
Develop and implement local PR strategies to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, photographers, and key industry influencers.Manage press releases, media kits, interview requests, and brand coverage.Curate and manage KOL and influencer collaborations — from selection, briefing, and content approval to performance tracking.Coordinate with regional communications teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and PR direction.Track and report on media coverage, PR value, and influencer campaign effectiveness.Communications & Brand Representation
Act as a brand ambassador at events and industry gatherings.Ensure consistent brand tone and storytelling across all communication touchpoints.Support marketing campaigns and product storytelling through creative PR and collaboration angles.Liaise with creative teams to develop press materials, event collaterals, and digital assets.Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.At least 5 years of working experience (for Senior position) in retail marketing; experience with luxury brands will be an added advantage.Proficient in all functions of Microsoft Office and Adobe.Strong interest in high-end luxury retail electronics.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Application Details
