Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring and maintaining the SAP SD module according to business requirements
- Support day-to-day operations, including issue resolution and user support
- Work with senior consultants and business users to gather and document requirements
- Participate in unit and integration testing of new functionalities
- Help create user manuals, training materials, and documentation
- Assist in data migration and validation activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, etc.) to support end-to-end processes
- Provide support during go-live and post-go-live phases of SAP projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fieldUnderstanding of SAP SD processes (order-to-cash, pricing, billing, shipping, etc.)Knowledge of SAP GUI and navigationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environmentPrior SAP internship or training is a plusNice to Have (Preferred Skills)
Exposure to integration with SAP MM and FI modulesFamiliarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or JiraUnderstanding of business processes in sales, distribution, and logisticsSeniority level
