Role Summary

This role will focus on managing the testing lifecycle of SAP data migration efforts, ensuring alignment with project tollgates, driving defect management, and preparing for production readiness. You will work closely with data migration, security, and integration teams and play a key role in preparing PtQ / PtP, operational qualifications, and performance validation efforts.

  • Location : Malaysia
  • Duration : 12-Month Extendable Contract
  • Experience : 5+ years of experience in SAP testing or test management, preferably in data migration or large ERP programs.
  • Eligibility : Open for candidates who are based in Malaysia or Southeast Asia region.

Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP testing or test management, preferably in data migration or large ERP programs.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
  • Lead and coordinate Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) testing activities, including tool setup.
  • Prepare and support PtQ / PtP (Plan to Qualify / Plan to Production) processes and documentation for data migration.
  • Drive defect management, including triaging, tracking, resolution coordination, and regular feedback to execution teams.
  • Collaborate with PQM to guide on data migration methodologies, templates, and best practices.
  • Facilitate the preparation of data migration deliverables (e.g., production load formats, DVT / DMW documentation).
  • Ensure all deliverables align with project tollgates and are reviewed, approved, and delivered on schedule.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for data migration-related security, basis, and integration topics.
  • Support the execution of mock and production loads, including script readiness, access provisioning, and training completion checks.
  • Assist in resource onboarding coordination for data migration teams.
  • Participate in go-live readiness reviews, audits, and may be required to travel during go-live windows.
