RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for monitoring, maintaining & reporting territorial KPIs at store and operator level whilst developing a deep understanding of Sales Force and Sales Partners behaviours.
- To actively travel throughout an assigned territory to conduct regular assessments on outlets and operators.
- To actively generate data driven insights and collaborate with Sales Manager whilst providing recommendations to develop strategic plans to improve outlet performance.
- Responsible for executing store-level sales strategies such as Focus Groups, Hypothesis Testing, Incentive Programmes and Sales Training to meet established targets to support Company revenue and profit.
- Responsible for upholding high levels of customer service, product knowledge and compliance at stores as well as increasing in-store conversions and revenue per transaction.
- Responsible to serve inquiries, manage feedbacks by customers and to promptly resolve complaints in a smooth and professional manner.
- To build and maintain an amicable relationship with retail Store Partners and Operators.
- To support, manage and execute National and Local Marketing Campaigns and activities held by the company.
- To identify and submit relevant information to Bank Negara Malaysia Reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in sales, business performance management or other related roles.Possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to converse in other languages and dialects preferredPossess own transport.Able to frequently travel to assigned territory.Data-driven and analytical.Good communication & presentation skills.Good organisational skills with a problem-solving attitudeThis position is based in Skudai, Johor, Malaysia.
