What Your Role Looks Like Site Management : Oversee all site operations and ensure timely progress based on Interior Design drawings and client expectations. Site Supervision : Monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure smooth, safe, and aligned site execution. Team Management : Lead and coordinate subcontractors and general workers, delegate tasks clearly, and keep everyone moving together. Quality Control : Maintain high workmanship standards, carry out inspections, and ensure any defects are rectified swiftly. Problem Solving : Quickly identify and resolve on-site challenges — flexibility and solutions-first thinking are key. Reporting & Documentation : Track project milestones, document work progress, and communicate clearly with our internal team and client's update.
