Junior developer (Power Automate / App)

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows using Power Automate and build applications with Power Apps

Assist in delivering solutions for banking-related projects (e.g., reconciliations, billing systems)

Work on client projects from the banking industry , ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions within the Power Platform

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate and Power Apps implementations

Collaborate with project teams to integrate solutions with existing systems

Maintain thorough documentation of workflows, processes, and custom solutions

Provide regular updates to the Manager based in Sri Lanka

Work remotely , aligning with Qatar or UAE time zones (8 : 30 AM-5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM-6 : 00 PM, Mon-Fri)

Be open to traveling to Qatar or UAE depending on project assignment

Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining quality and best practices

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience working on banking projects (reconciliations, billing systems, etc.)

Experience in projects for clients in the banking industry is acceptable

Power Automate / App certification is mandatory

Strong hands-on skills in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps)

Ability to understand and interpret business requirements into technical solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Willingness to travel internationally (Qatar or UAE) if required

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Flexibility to work Qatar / UAE time zone hours
