Job description

We are looking for aspiring individuals to join our team as a Assistant QA Manager / Senior QA Executive. You will involve in QA department activities in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist QA Manager in overseeing QA / QC operations.

Handle customer complaints and follow-up actions.

Monitor and approve suppliers.

Verify packaging and labeling compliance.

Manage customer requests (questionnaires, documents, certifications).

Conduct material sensory tests.

Handle traceability and recall exercises.

Coordinate food safety meetings and prepare minutes.

Internal auditor

Assist in internal and external audits.

Job Requirements :

Degree in Food Science / Technology or related field.

3–5 years QA / QC experience in the food industry.

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO / FSSC 22000, BRC, HALAL.

Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
