Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Degree
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  • Receive training and perform tasks in various company operational departments, such as the service department, kitchen department, support functions, and others.
  • Gain in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of the company's operations by rotating through different positions.
  • Learn from experienced employees to acquire information about the methods, procedures, and standards required to perform and excel in your training.
  • Progressively master the skills needed to run restaurant operations.
  • Provide excellent service while being culturally sensitive to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with halal food preparation and handling practices in accordance with MUIS (Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura) guidelines.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador to maintain an inclusive dining environment with respect to HALAL principles.
  • Upon completion of all basic training, set new goals and objectives with management for your career advancement in the company.
  • Provide support as needed across various departments.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the management.
