Job description

Requirements

  • Excellent command of Mandarin / Cantonese
  • Certificate / Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min 1 years’ experience in admin or clerical work is an added advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and preparing meeting minutes
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for purchasing needs
  • Prepare simple reports, invoices, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks when needed
  • Any other ad hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time
