Requirements
- Excellent command of Mandarin / Cantonese
- Certificate / Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent
- Min 1 years’ experience in admin or clerical work is an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities
Handle general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document managementAnswer phone calls and respond to emails Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and preparing meeting minutesManage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for purchasing needsPrepare simple reports, invoices, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentationSupport other departments with administrative tasks when neededAny other ad hoc duties which may be assigned from time to timeBenefits
