Job description

We are looking for a responsible, customer-oriented Sales Assistant Cum Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, accurately handling transactions, and supporting daily in-store and online retail and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers courteously and professionally.
Ensure prompt and accurate customer checkouts.
Follow all cashiering SOPs and maintain accuracy in transactions.
Safely manage cash, credit card slips, vouchers, and receipts.
Support sales targets by upselling relevant items.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
Share ideas and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and shop operations.

Requirements

Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or sales is an advantage.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Attention to detail and good numerical ability.

Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.

Positive attitude, proactive, and a team player.

Additional Information

Rotational shift work is required

Involved in pre-opening setup
