About the Role : -We’re looking for a hands-on and highly motivated Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager in executing and managing both offline and digital campaigns. -This role requires practical experience in creating paid social media and Google ads, developing campaign strategies, and managing executions from end to end. -You’ll play a key role in assisting with creative ideation, presentation building, and project management, while also working closely on campaign reporting and analysis. -Candidates with FMCG experience and a strong understanding of current trends will be highly valued.  Key Responsibilities : -Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm creative marketing strategies aligned with brand goals. -Assist in preparing presentation decks for internal proposals and management reviews. -Manage the brand’s social media pages, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement monitoring. -Create and manage paid ads across platforms including Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok,and Google Ads. -Monitor and optimize ad performance, analyzing data and insights to improve future campaigns. -Support execution of both offline marketing initiatives (POSM, events, activations) and online campaigns (digital ads, social media, content marketing). -Project manage approved campaigns from start to finish — timeline planning, stakeholder coordination, execution, and post-campaign wrap-up. -Conduct trend research, competitive analysis, and content audits to provide actionable insights. -Liaise with designers, agencies, and vendors to ensure deliverables are on-brand and on-time. -Support administrative marketing tasks such as documentation, reporting, and budgeting when needed. Requirements : -Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, with a mix of offline and digital marketing exposure. -Hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and analyzing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), and TikTok Ads. -Strong understanding of social media metrics, ad insights, and audience targeting. -Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides for building presentations. -Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. -A go-getter attitude — proactive, eager to learn, and solution-oriented. -Sharp observation skills to spot market trends and recommend new ideas. -Experience in the FMCG sector is a strong advantage.
