About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at SIKAP BUDAYA SDN BHD. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing and communications strategies, supporting our growth and expansion plans. This is a full-time position based in Kulim, Kedah.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services
  • Designing and creating engaging marketing materials, including social media content, brochures, and digital advertisements
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify target audience preferences and emerging trends
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
  • Monitoring and analysing marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies
  • Assisting with event planning and attendance to promote the company's brand and offerings

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Fresh graduated or Zero experience
  • Mandarin speaker
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
  • Proactive, creative, and adaptable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making
