Overview

Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in line with the company’s development strategy, including CV screening, phone interviews, interview scheduling and follow-up, and offer negotiation.
Work closely with different departments to understand hiring needs, with a focus on roles in the IDC industry such as technical, operations, and sales positions .
Build and expand recruitment channels (job portals, social media, talent referrals, campus recruitment, headhunter cooperation, etc.) to improve efficiency.
Maintain and optimize the talent pool, proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates.
Prepare regular recruitment analysis reports (hiring cycle, offer acceptance rate, channel effectiveness, etc.) and propose improvements to recruitment strategies.
Handle onboarding procedures and coordinate induction training, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the company’s employer branding.
Assist with daily office administration (office supplies, courier / mail handling, maintenance coordination, employee welfare purchases).
Support compliance matters such as Malaysian work permits, employee social security contributions, workplace injury claims, and liaison with local government authorities.
Provide other ad-hoc administrative and operational support as required.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience; experience in IT / technical or multinational company recruitment is preferred.
Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and local government processes (SSM, LHDN, SOCSO, EPF, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay .
Strong execution, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently to achieve recruitment goals.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and JobStreet is an advantage.
