The Role

Support Orange Cyberdefense Belgium by delivering high‑level services and excellence to customers. You will benefit from cutting‑edge certifications and training in a dynamic environment where knowledge transfer and collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

Apply security expertise to help customers implement effective security measures on their IT infrastructure.
Respond to network and security alerts discovered via alerting tools, taking actions to limit operational impact.
Define and implement new security services to alleviate potential risks for customers.
Develop high‑level security policies and enforce them across the customer IT chain.
Triage security events and provide forensic analysis for customers and legal entities.
Conduct security audits on customer environments.
Collaborate with group security experts to align security efforts with Orange Business Service group.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑oriented field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT service‑oriented position.

Certification in at least two security areas (Firewall, IDS, Remote Access…).

Hands‑on experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Pulse Secure.

Knowledge of CheckPoint, F5, Cisco ASA, Pulse Secure, or Bluecoat is an added advantage.

Experience supporting or installing network and security environments.

Experience in IT systems administration, support, and configuration.

Ability to configure, implement, or perform change management on security equipment.

Shift work : 10 hours weekdays, 12 hours weekends, total not exceeding 48 hours per day.
