Scope & Planning : Define and manage project parameters, including budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Site Management : Identify and resolve discrepancies between tender documents and actual site conditions.

Risk Mitigation : Proactively assess and address potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Budget Analysis : Estimate risk / change budgets and effectively communicate impacts to top management.

Stakeholder Relations : Manage expectations and align various stakeholders on necessary project changes.

Change Control : Implement and oversee project changes, ensuring corrective actions are taken when needed.

Project Delivery : Drive timely and cost-effective completion of projects while meeting all requirements.

Handover Process : Supervise project handover, ensuring all deliverables are completed and properly signed off.

Team Leadership : Lead project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure project profitability.

Educational Background : Holders of a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering.

Industry Experience : Individuals with at least 8 years of experience in the construction industry.

Language Skills : Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with various stakeholders.

Work Schedule : Candidates comfortable with a work week extending beyond 5 days.
