Key Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned workstreams from requirements gathering through build, testing, and deployment.
  • Engage client stakeholders to understand their planning and reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business and finance requirements into structured processes and practical solutions.
  • Build, test and deploy planning and consolidation models for your assigned workstreams.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and client training sessions.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables within your scope.
  • Mentor junior consultants and review their work for quality.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your finance expertise to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across functions and technology, learning and contributing to a team‑based environment.
  • Contribute to proposal writing, scoping, and other pre‑sales activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 to 6 years of working experience, ideally in FP&A, audit or solution implementation.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes — budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation.
  • Hands‑on experience with one or more EPM tools (Anaplan, Jedox, SAP BPC, Hyperion, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage client communication and drive problem resolution.
  • Self‑motivated and able to deliver results independently and thrive in collaborative team settings and open communication.

  • Technical fluency in data integration and model building.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full lifecycle experience on at least one EPM project implementation.
