Regional Senior Executive, Supply Chain – Supplier

Key Responsibilities

• Source, validate, and manage suppliers across coffee, dairy, flavoring, and machine categories.
• Negotiate pricing and lead times to balance cost optimization with quality retention.
• Coordinate ingredient / machine readiness for mass tests, pilot launches, and phased rollouts .
• Develop and maintain cost tracker sheets (BOM, PSPD, SKU) in alignment with R&D cost goals.
• Liaise with local & regional supply chain teams (MY, PH, ID, TH) for readiness and material flow.
• Conduct supply audits , monitor MOQ and shelf-life, and ensure alignment to food safety and ESG standards.
• Support Coffee Squad by identifying alternative vendors and backup formulations to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with R&D and Finance to evaluate COGS and cost-saving opportunities per SKU.
