工作职责 (Job Responsibilities) :
- 负责日常会计事务,包括应付账款 (AP)、应收账款 (AR) | Handle daily accounting tasks including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- 编制与更新 Payment Listing、Bank Reconciliation | Prepare and update Payment Listing and Bank Reconciliation
- 处理及核对 Stock Listing | Maintain and verify Stock Listing
- 协助部门日常财务与会计相关工作 | Assist in other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned
职位要求 (Requirements) :
熟悉 AutoCount 会计系统及 Microsoft Excel | Proficient in AutoCount accounting system and Microsoft Excel具备良好的沟通能力,能够以中英文交流 | Good communication skills, able to communicate in both English and Chinese细心、有责任感,能独立完成分配任务 | Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently拥有团队合作精神 | Strong team player with a positive attitudeJob Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
