We are a dynamic entertainment and media agency seeking a motivated and skilled Live Stream Host Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role is integral to supporting our live streaming projects and ensuring our hosts deliver engaging content to audiences.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting, training, and managing live stream hosts to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with hosts to plan and promote live streaming sessions, creating engaging content that resonates with viewers.
Monitor live streams, ensuring technical quality and audience engagement during broadcasts.
Analyze performance metrics and feedback to recommend improvements for future sessions.
Work with marketing teams to develop strategies to increase audience reach and engagement across platforms.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve any streaming or technical issues promptly.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in live streaming, social media management, or event coordination is an advantage.

Strong understanding of digital content trends and audience engagement strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for creative thinking.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Fluent in English or Malay, with the ability to understand and speak Chinese.
