Job Description :

  • Provide full guidance to our valued customers and agents when visiting to Park. Include guides customer for praying and communicate with customers in good manner and humble.
  • To assist the urn installation process, Include Hydraulic Jet table, praying materials and others.
  • Ensure that the burial plot or columbarium building and it surroundings area, include pond, front area and others are clean and cleared of rubbish and dry leaf. Coordinate with contractors on their schedule.
  • Assist on daily record, weekly report and monthly report to management for further review and action.
  • Ensure that all accessories on praying table, altar and incense burning area are clean, tidy and in presentable condition.
  • Monitor and lead worker to ensure smooth operation on daily cleanliness work.
  • Report to your superior on any incident happen at any time with immediate action.
  • Provide tour guide service to introduce Site to visitors or customers. And also assist on event set-up and provide supportive role for any event held at Site.
  • Full Collaboration with colleagues and superior.
  • Ad hoc assignments from management on time to time.

  • 协助骨灰安放过程,包括操作液压升降台、准备祭拜用品等。
  • 确保墓园或骨灰殿及周边区域(如水池、入口等)干净整洁、无垃圾与枯叶,并与承包商协调清洁与维护时间表。
  • 于地段勘察期间拜访往生者家属(购买人),填写下葬工作表并收集相关下葬或骨灰安奉所需资讯。
  • 协助每日记录、每周及每月报告予管理层作进一步审阅与处理。
  • 监督并带领员工,确保日常清洁工作顺利进行。
  • 确保祭拜桌、神坛与焚香区的所有用品干净、整齐并保持良好呈现状态。
  • 若现场发生任何事故,须立即向上级汇报并采取应对措施。
  • 提供园区导览服务,向访客或客户介绍现场环境;同时协助活动布置与执行,配合园区举办的各类活动。
  • 与同事及上司保持良好协作,共同完成工作任务。
  • 配合公司管理层临时指派的其他工作事项。

    • Job Requirements :

  • Possess SPM and Above.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years working experience.
  • Good communication in Mandarin dialects and bilingual language.
  • Able to write and read in Mandarin and Bahasa
  • Willing to work independently.
  • Willing to work on ground.
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Keen. friend & hardworking
