Personal Banker - Bancassurance

Primary Objective

To promote various types of life-insurance products by Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd under the exclusive Bancassurance Partnership between RHB Bank and Tokio Marine.

To professionally sell a wide range of banca products to existing and prospective customers.

To achieve sales / revenue targets assigned by the Bank and contribute towards the achievement of overall branch targets.

To maintain regular contact with customers to develop relationships for a higher share of customers’ wallets.

Participate in branch / region / Bank sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables.

Prepare and proactively execute sales plans, including cross-selling, up-selling, and engaging with customers for retention and referrals.
