Job descriptionMonthly GUARANTEED salary during probation : RM4,000 ~ RM5,000 If you find it unsuitable after completion of the first month, an additional RM1,000 will be provided EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided Training provided (including 1-1 coaching & mentoring) Corporate group insurance : accident insurance up to RM200,000; life insurance up to RM100,000; panel clinic visits unlimited; specialties up to RM1,500 After probation, salary structure : Fixed basic salary + Individual Commission + Team Commission Overseas training opportunity (Taiwan) Fully supported on advertising fee Birthday and CNY gift / cash Team buildings Subsidy for half of the cost to complete the REN real estate negotiators license Higher basic salary compared to others in similar industry Candidate without property sales negotiator experience are encouraged to apply At least diploma / degree in any field (Taiwan degree holders welcome) Able to read and communicate in English and Mandarin; additional language skills are preferred Candidate must complete the REN course or PEA training and obtain a certificate after accepting our offer Regular hours : 9 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 30 p.m. (lunch 12 : 00 p.m. – 1 : 30 p.m.) Work by company duty roster During probation : 9 : 00 a.m. – 8 : 00 p.m. for training purposes
