      Job Responsibilities :

    • Handling inbound call and outbound call regarding Postpaid issue.
    • Assist customer in troubleshoot line issue
    • Walk customer thru product of company and promotion
    • Job Requirements :

    • SPM / Diploma / Degree holder with 1 year working experience in a call center.
    • Able to work 24 / 7 shift rotation basis
    • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu.
    • Basic technical troubleshooting experience will be added advantages
    • Basic knowledge of digital tools and platform (E.g. WhatsApp, App, ChatBOT platform and etc)
    • Willing to perform up-sales / cross-selling during the call
    • Customer oriented
