Join Our Team as an HR Executive in Pasir Gudang

At Acacia Motor Services, we're looking for a friendly and dynamic HR Executive to be part of our growing team in Pasir Gudang. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping our workplace from recruiting great talent and organizing training programs to ensuring our employees feel supported and valued every day.

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in planning manpower requirements in coordination with Production and Management teams.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for local and foreign workers, technicians, and support staff.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Coordinate with agents and government authorities for foreign worker documentation (e.g., FOMEMA, JTK, ePLKS).

2. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and propose upskilling programs.
  • Coordinate technical and safety training (e.g., welding, wiring, quality control).
  • Maintain training records and track employee competencies.

    • 3. Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Handle disciplinary matters, complaints, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, especially for foreign workers (permits, accommodations).
  • Conduct induction programs and support health / safety initiatives.
  • Manage welfare programs, hostels, transport, and food arrangements for foreign workers.

    • 4. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, payroll support).
  • Monitor permit renewals, work passes, and insurance for foreign workers.
  • Support HR audits and government inspections.

    • 5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare HR reports (turnover, absenteeism, manpower levels).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

    • 6. Performance & KPI Monitoring

  • Assist in setting and tracking employee KPIs with department heads.
  • Monitor performance evaluations and documentation.
