We are currently looking to expand our team with full-time employees and seeking experienced HR and Operations Executive / Digital Marketing Executive with a proven background in the event management industry. Job Responsibilities : Digital Marketing Executive

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns that cover corporate communications (internal and external)
• Develop and execute a global marketing strategic plan, partnering with product line management, corporate and regional marketing, IT / Digital and commercial teams in each region. This plan should align with and support the broader company strategic plan and growth initiatives.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Train, manage, supervise and provide leadership to subordinates.
