Our mission is to deliver elegant, functional designs that enhance living and working spaces. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sales Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for design and a drive for sales to contribute to the success of our growing company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design Consultation : Work closely with clients to understand their needs and design preferences for custom furniture and cabinetry projects.
  • Product Knowledge : Provide expert advice on design options, materials, finishes, and layouts for various projects, including kitchens, wardrobes, living rooms, and office spaces.
  • Sales and Client Relations : Drive sales by building relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored design solutions.
  • Prepare Proposals and Quotes : Create detailed design proposals, including pricing, materials, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with Production Teams : Work with the production and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are translated accurately and efficiently into finished products.
  • Project Management : Oversee the progress of projects from design concept to installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Attend Trade Shows and Events : Represent the company at industry events, showcasing our design solutions and expanding our network of potential clients.

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and design within the furniture or cabinetry industry, Industrial Design or Interior Design.
  • Education : Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, Industrial Design or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge : Familiarity with materials, finishes, and current design trends in the furniture and cabinetry industry.
  • Portfolio : A portfolio showcasing previous design projects (preferred but not required).
  • Skills :
  • Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret customer needs and turn them into design solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
