Job description

Description

  • Send and collect documents (urgent and important) to and from Wisma Sime Darby, branches, banks, post office and other places.
  • Bank in company’s cheques, TT and other transactions related to the banks daily.
  • Paying office utilities other bills as and when required.
  • Distribute mails to the respective Department / Heads of staffs concerned efficiently.
  • Arrange the stamping of agreements and purchase of stamps for postage of mails.
  • Prepare vehicle for delivery and transfer to other branches.
  • Upkeep of showroom’s vehicle.
  • Ensure proper recording done on the vehicles coming in and out.
  • Perform road test.

Requirements :

  • SPM or equivalent
  • Trustworthy and pleasant character.
  • 2 years of working experiences in related field.
  • Knowledge of Klang Valley route would be an advantage.
  • Possess own transport (motorbike).
  • Possess valid driving license for motorbike.
